Dorian McClintock

I've been passionate about music and technology for as long as I can remember. What started as messing around with guitar and keyboards as a kid evolved into a deep love for music production, mixing, and eventually building the tools that make it all possible.

These days most of my code is audio software. I'm building DMC60, a 12-bit drum machine and sampler, along with the DorDSP suite of JUCE plugins, a sample-chopping instrument, and a from-scratch MIDI and audio sequencer. I also write tools that make kits for MPC and Ableton hardware. There's something magical about creating software that other musicians and producers use to shape their sound. When I'm not writing code or tweaking DSP, you'll find me in the studio producing and mixing tracks.

Outside of work, I'm a proud French bulldog parent and an avid explorer of the SF Bay Area. Whether it's a new hiking trail or just wandering through the city with my pups, there's always something new to find around here.

I'm also always on the hunt for the next great plant-based meal. If you know of any hidden vegan gems in the Bay, I'm all ears.
